I apologize for my mean and nasty posts I made

Post by space45 » Sat Apr 19, 2014 9:26 am

it has really been bugging me, the mean and nasty things I posted

I am sorry. it was uncalled for and totally unbecoming of me.

having experienced brain fog first hand I should have realized that lack of sleep can have some effects on one.
my visit with the endocrinologist had me madder then a wet hen and feeling like a bear with a sore paw. not to be making any excuses as what I said was inexcusable. my bad

again very sorry for what I said in my posts.

you all take care
Stan

Stan:

This is Holy Weekend. Jesus died so people might be forgiven for wrongs they've done. I'm a Lutheran, a sinner, and one who has had many, many times to ask forgiveness. I have faith that I have been forgiven.

Go easy on yourself as you have been forgiven.

God bless!

None of us are perfect. We all say things from time to time that in hindsight we wish we hadn't said. I've always been taught that we need to forgive others if we expect to be forgiven ourselves. As far as I am concerned, apology accepted.

I hope we can all move on with helping each other on our journeys to better sleep. I know I sure appreciate all the help I am receiving here as a newbie and I hope one day I will have enough knowledge to be able to help others too.

This forum is about sleep deprived people (and to get them to be not sleep deprived people) As such we get it. People go through a lot of stages before it all works and they are "content" with it.

At least you are working to get all your balls in a row and making it all work, that counts for a lot.

Yes I got the ducks phrase and the pool game one mixed up there.

Sleep disorders can make anyone impatient, and even irrational--Been there.
Clean slate, OK?

I have a lot of respect for someone that says "I was wrong. I'm sorry." A lot of respect because many people in this world won't do that.

None of us is perfect and we all say and do things we later regret. So as the others have said, go easy on yourself, apology accepted, clean slate, etc.

We're good!

Stan, I definitely agree. The mark off a mature adult is the willingness to review your own actions and decide how to improve yourself. This self actualization does not equal perfection. Rather it shows someone who knows that life is about the journey and the lessons learned along the way. It doesn't even mean you won't slip up in the future. It just means you are man enough to admit you need to improve. To paraphrase the farmer in Babe: "That'll do, Stan. That'll do."
