S9 auto cpap machine thin tubing ?

Post by DyingOnMyFeet » Fri Apr 18, 2014 9:05 am

Hi - everyone thanks so much for all the info you have given me on the s9 auto cpap machine - just one more question does the end of the thin tubing and the heated tubing that comes with the s9 auto cpap machine have a standard fitting on it.

I mean the end rubber part of the tube you connect your mask to is this a standard fitting on the thin tubing and heated tubing that come with the s9 auto cpap machine.

Thanks again everyone for all your help pugsy , overflow, chunky frog I love you all - have a great day after a great nights sleep - peter from Australia

Yes, the end of the slimline hose (or any hose) is always a standard size coupling so that it fits any mask.

So the couplings...on either end...are all standard size no matter what size hose or if heated hose or not so the couplings always fit all humidifiers and masks.

Awww, (blush)
The non-heated tubing has rubber ends that are alike.
You can attach either end to the machine.
The heated hose has electrical contacts at the machine end, and you have to
insert the hose, then twist the end to seat the contacts.
The display will tell you when the climateline is connected.
