Bump for Tap Pap users who might have the original mouth guard. For a period of time the new improved mouth guard was just an addition to the Tap Pap package so it was shipped with both mouth guards for a period of time...
If you still have the "Old" style and won't be using it....this person has a need for it.

I don't have time right now but I will check to see if I have one...I think I do but I can't swear to it. I butchered one of the old ones in a failed experiment...but I think I might still have one more. You are welcome to it if I have it.
Send me a private message...to jar my memory as it isn't so great sometimes.
Just say "Hey, Pugsy...reminder to check your Tap Pap stuff for the old mouth guard"...and I will know who you are and won't forget.

Hey, Pugsy...reminder to check your Tap Pap stuff for the old mouth guard. How's that for cut and paste? Obviously I am in the minority regarding the new mouth piece - I find that I fight it all night long and have leaks. Thanks for checking on this for me.

I did forget. Let me go check right now.

Edit: I have one..it has never been used at all but it is out of the package...I don't think it ever came in the package...I think it was from the first packages that the new mouth guard was a separate package and the old one was just out there loose.

So send me a private message with your mailing address and I will get it in the mail to you.

I bought a TapPap from our hosts and used it for the first time last night. Like so many of you I have used the Swift FX and have been very happy with it. My AHIs are always less than 2 and usually in the .6 ra nge.

My experience with the TapPap was very successful. I used it for 8 hours last night. Had an AHI of 1.4 and woke up refreshed. I think I found my new "go to" mask. The only difficulty I has was with the hose. For the past two years I have had the hose cross my body, now it passes above my head and I need to get used to it there.

What I found most amazing was the comfort level when I turned on my side. Awesome!

Hi all,

I noticed the TAP PAP is on sale coming into this Easter weekend at our hosts at CPAP dot COM. And if you choose the green egg discount you get the shipping free. For those of us who are paying out-of-pocket for this great, stable, strap-free mask it is good news. Or if you have been reading the review thread and want to try it this price drop might be the nudge to get you off the fence.

I love my TapPap, although I do prefer the old one. I mangled the newly designed one after trying to get it to fit 2-3 times. The old one has probably lasted me the best part of a year - although I could be tempted to order an Easter present this weekend! I discovered over the last few nights that if I use the silicone mask sealant on the bottom of the pillows, it reduces the leaks even further - maybe a new technique for improving an already great product!

Mask Guy wrote:There has been a lot of discussion about trying to get the TAP PAP through Apria.

Apria have now loaded the TAP PAP into their system and each branch can now order and supply the TAP PAP.

It is listed under "CPAP Kit Nasal Pillow TAP".

This has only been recently loaded, so if you tried to get the TAP PAP through Apria in the past you may want to try again.

Nice to know. IF I ever have occasion to order from Apria again. I'm looking at a local DME to get my next machine from. I hope they'll be able to get Tap Pap, because I would prefer to never give Apria so much as another penny.

Just ordered a TAP-PAP. I'm liking my Airfit P10 but I'm liking the idea of more freedom.

Australia - Some time ago there were questions about getting the TAP PAP in Australia. It is now available at several outlets including CPAP Australia. They have recently added it to their site.
