Resmed S9 CPAP Power Supply Broken?

Post by Jersey Girl » Mon Apr 07, 2014 11:12 pm

I am getting an error message on my husband's machine. It keeps telling me to "check the 30/90W power supply unit and fully insert connector." I have checked several times. The only thing I noticed is that the 3 prong connector that gets inserted into the 3 small holes in the back of the machine now appears to have only 2 pins instead of 3. So the machine won't work. I guess I have to call my DME in the morning and request a new power supply. Unit is only 2 and a half years old. Anyone else had this problem?

Nope...4 years and 2 machines, no problems. (Knock on wood)
There might of been a bent prong and broke off last time it was plugged in, look around on the floor and take it back for a refund...exchange! Hope they fix you up...

Yep. Same issue with the pin. I can't get it out of the machine.
