Don't do what I did.................

Post by Kristy5550 » Wed Feb 16, 2005 10:47 pm

I was dx. with severe sleep apnea at least 3 years ago. I got my first cpap and it drove me nuts. There was no way I could wear it. I took it off, and just forgot about it.
A few months ago I got a new system with C-flex. I think that was the first thing that made a difference. I still didn't wear it very often. Recently other health issues made me rethink the cpap and I went in and was fitted with a full face mask. I got it on Jan. 25 and already there is NO way I want to go to sleep without my cpap. What a difference having the right system , for YOU, makes.

For anyone who was just dx. and having problems, Do NOT give up. There are plenty of options out there and you WILL find the system that is right for you.
I just wish it had not taken me so long. I was a FOOL!
Sweet dreams,
Kris :-)

DO...do what you did!

That is...keep at it until you find what works for you. It may have taken longer than you would have liked but your there now, congratulations!

I agree. It may not have been the optimal path, but your ultimate result was a good one.

If you want something NOT to do, don't use a sun screen with a pork-fat base before aligator wrestling. Unless you can run REALLY fast.

Liam, who's STILL out of breath.

Liam,

You need to throw a few "Bye-Crackies" into that last post.
