Since your AHI is low, I would try setting a very narrow range. I don't know what pressure was set, as a result of your sleep study, but I would set my lower pressure - maybe 2 cm below that and the upper pressure maybe 2 cm above that. That lower pressure may need to be raised, as time passes -but ...

It seems to me that the OP is fairly new to cpap, so is just wanting to be reassured about this situation. You are probably fine to use it now.
