I have been using CPAP machines for 40years and this is my 3rd machine and it is described as a quiet machine and I find it to be exceptionally noisy akin to sleeping next to a jet engine. Humidity
I've seen the humidity machines and have spoken to people that use them and they all have never used a non humidty machine so unable to help you. I'm like you I live in a high humidty country so am doubtful if I'd need one, but the best people would be the Sleep Clinic Technicians, they'd sure help ...

It took a little getting used to and overall I like it but the non-service from the comany and in unavailability of getting replacements are making me to look for an alternative. If you are able to get the mouth bites and other nasal parts when they are needed I'd say try it. If on the other hand yo...
