I want to see the run hours of a resmed s9?

I just recently bought a used resmed s9. The guy that sold it to me said it just had a couple hours of usage. But I want to make sure. On my old resmed s8, I can easily find this information on the LCD, but not on the s9.

I have an s9 elite so hopefully this should help.

When you go to the info screen to see previous nights numbers, turn the knob right 1 click. This brings up history. Push in the knob and this let's you change the period to as high as 1 year and gives you used hours.

edit: just thought about it, that could be tied to sd card info, which could be erased. I didn't see any Time used in the clinicians menu either.

Usage hours is tied to the user and can be erased through the Erase Data command in the clinical menu. The data you're looking for is Machine Hours, which cannot be erased with the Erase Data command.

It's been over a year since I had an S9, but I believe that if you go into the long version of the Sleep Quality report from the Clinician's Menu, you'll see Machine Hours listed. Or maybe it's in the Clinical Set-up menu.

Do you have the provider/clinician manual? It shows how to get to the machine hours.

Push the "i" button twice; you will see the sleep quality screen.
Press and hold both rectangular chrome buttons about 3 seconds, or until the screen flickers
and the wrench symbol moves down to the bottom square.
Turn the knob on the right clockwise one click, this will reveal the 'sleep report' screen.
Push down in the center once, and turn clockwise as far as it will go.
The bottom line says 'run hours', and a number. --hopefully a small one.
Try that.
