Stay on the mask over 9 hours!!! To me that is amazing and a miracle!!! Usually my average is around 6ish hours highest has been 7ish hours. Last night over 9 hours!

BTW i woke up with an extremely dry mouth which i don't know why... was it the increased time on the mask? I did lower the humidity on the machine to from like a 66 to 64 or something like that?

I hate you.

Just kidding. I would kill to be able to lay in bed and sleep past 8 hours ....even just every now and then.
Something always messes me up...my back, my dogs, neighbor dogs, loud truck backfiring going down the road or even my alien friends.

Congratulations. You are coming along by leaps and bounds. Going to take to this like a duck to water.

Give me your address so I can send my aliens over to your house for a visit. Just kidding, nice job.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Now, aren't you glad you have data so you can receive some feedback and not be reduced to wondering whether it's working?

The dry mouth is likely from mouth breathing, but you're on a FFM, so it doesn't affect your therapy. Those of us on nasal masks or pillows wouldn't be so fortunate.

Yeah i have had a feeling i am a mouth breather. I don't get the dry mouth everyday though.. but every so often. I bought biotene. I love my fully data capable machine, and being able to see how my therapy is doing myself without waiting a whole month.

I may get another full face or try a nasal mask at some point just for a night or two and see the difference but for now i am happy with what i have... only a week in and so far everything is great!

I wouldn't have gotten this far and done this well without the help of all of you and this board so give yourselves a clap as well. Not only did you all welcome a newbie with open arms but you gave me all the advice and the strength i needed to be here and continue my therapy even though i was in denial. Without all you smart, educated folks who informed me on DME's, results, machines, etc i would be clueless and probably not doing nearly as well as i am. So bravo to everyone who has been there to help me through my sleep studies, to my 1st week at home on my new sleep friend.
