I have tried everything to unlock my encorepro2 program - I even tried the admin reset but you need a code. I plan on doing a complete uninstall but can't find the program . Can someone point me to where I can download it?

I've been using a CPAP/BiPap since 1995 and ResScan software for the last 5. I usually check it daily and get full detail but I didn't last week and found myself with only the last 2 days of detail and prior days with a summary. What am I doing wrong? Can I leave the card in all week and then expect...
