I too noticed a significant decrease in bp after 2 months of continuous cpap use.

I just ordered a Resmed Aircurve ASV. I was trying to figure out which machine as well and decided on Resmed as most post seem to praise the Resmed and the Respironics are soon to be replaced by a new DreamStation ASVAuto. I recently failed a bi-pap study and then did a asv study. Both were on Respironics. I absolutely hated the bi-pap as it seemed too controlling and it seemed like expiration kicked in before I was done with my inspiration. I noticed another post saying not to boil headgear. Can anyone give a legit reason not to boil headgear? Some headgear has foam parts or stuff that appears to be glued together.
