I find the Swift FX is really good for sleeping on your side. I just tuck the hose under my ceiling arm and have a great night.

Persistant cough and blood pressure issues.
Have you seen a cardiologist? It is not uncommon for Sleep Apnea to cause pulmonary hypertension (or similar) which will also cause a dry cough that you feel in your chest.

I've been using the FX for about 5 months and have had no issues with the pillows collapsing.
Are you using any creams or similar?
Could it be that it is too tight so the pillows are getting squashed?
Is it just one or both that collapse? If one, is it the same one all the time?
