3 Years and counting.....

Post by Emilia » Wed Sep 04, 2013 10:24 am

Just popping in to mention my 3-year cpap anniversary was this week. I am still using my cpap religiously and have excellent AHI.... last night's was 0.5! I am so much healthier than when I was first diagnosed. I've lost about 40 lbs, my blood work is the best I've had in decades, and my BP was 122/82 at the doc's yesterday. I hope you all are well... and for the newbies, keep working on your cpap therapy. It is a life saver and will benefit you greatly. All the best..... Nice to see so many of the same names from when I visited regularly.

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Good to see you again Emilia. Glad you are doing well.
You have been missed...especially when I am trying to help someone with the Devilbiss machine and I don't have a clue what I am dealing with. Your ears should have been burning from time to time. You spoiled me.

Thanks for the well wishes.... Glad you are all well, too!

Pugsy.... My ears were warm on many a day! I have had numerous PM's for the DeVilbiss clinician's manual which I always pop in to reply and give. I presumed someone was referring them to me or they had found very old posts by me. I haven't kept up to even know if they have a new machine or have upgraded it. I'll be looking for a new one in a year or so.

Oak, my kitty is a beauty, for sure... Ragdoll cats are truly an amazing breed. Thanks for admiring him!
