the humidity in my bedroom is currently 65
That's an unhealthy, high level. Do you even need the added humidity of a CPAP humidifier?

Re: Very unhappy morning

I tried putting a crimp in the line, plugging the nasal pillows but neither raised the pressure much WTH? They aren't making much sense to me. I plan to visit the lab on Tuesday and ask what model I have. Save the planet a trip. Get a free account at SleepHQ.com, upload the data from your SD card, ...

Just learn to use the CPAP and screw all the rest.

Untreated sleep apnea can destroy mental health. With successful treatment, mental health often improves quickly.

Here is the 2am apnea
In OSCAR, click on the Events tab and tell us how long that apnea is.

If you upload your data to a free account at SleepHQ.com and post the link in this thread, we can zoom in to take a close look at your data.

Re: High heartrate and capped upper pressure

up to 145 max when exercising which I think is pretty healthy. How old are you? I have adjusted the top setting to 18 Many of us, even those with low-pressure needs, set the max pressure to 20. The machine will not go any higher than it needs to. Any ideas about the funny waveforms? I couldn't uplo...

Is it bad to have it start at 5ipap and 4 epap?
If it works for you, it works.

When you sleep with those settings, what's your AHI?

Re: Very unhappy morning

Look at the front of the machine to see what it says there. From the photos on cpap.com, it looks like ResMed is no longer putting the model name on the front of the 11 models. It seems the only 11 model that is available is the 11 AutoSet. Maybe they got smart and quit producing the inferior model...

Re: Lowenstein algorithm for early inhalation

The timing of breathes make it very hard to fall asleep with it. When I had problems like this, the solution was distracting my mind from breathing. Think of a pleasant, quiet activity. For me, it was lying on a beach on a warm day under an umbrella with a gentle breeze and the gentle sound of surf...

I have attached all of the data and graphs from my daily view on OSCAR.
Please post those charts. A simple adjustment might resolve the problem.

It's actually easier to post links to SleepHQ - see "free account" in my signature. Keep using OSCAR for your personal analysis.
