Re: compliant 20 years Feel like a Newbie

Thanks Cannuck 1

I asked my sleep doc what was new in cpap treatment. He said nothing. He said heated hoses... that's all

I got a heated hose fr the used cpap I bought. It has helped a lot.
I wonder what else he missed

Re: Recording Pulse Oximeter vs. Smartwatch

This is an interesting topic!

I had a Fitbit flex. It helped in a subtle way. It improved my sleep hygiene. I went to bed earlier and slept longer. It didn't measure hr

It was recalled. I don't have it now. I would like to replace it. The Microsoft band is interesting!

Re: swallowing air....

I only have a Mac ccomputer. I shall see if it works with that

I discussed self-interpretation with my sleep doc

He accused me of practicing medicine without a license

I had had my card read by my DME and took it in to him. He refused to look at the data

I have been compliant for 15 years

Re: swallowing air....

I'm sorry. I don't know much about cpap therapy or equipment. I live in Ontario Canada our environment is different than yours.
I am allowed a basic cpap machine. that's all.

perhaps I should look elsewhere.

Take care
