Got this error code on my Remstar Auto this morning. I know it relates to the card, but anyone know what it means specifically? I wish there was a published list of error codes somewhere.

The day when this info is available to the public is not far away. For now, here is what a C-9 Means:

C-9 SMARTCARD_WRITE_CONFIRM_FAIL

Solution:

Card is corrupt and should be reprogrammed.

For more information call respironics tech support and though cpap.com can't support software directly, give them a try.
