George told me by pm,
Ok I guess i am getting closer. It will not let me copy or move that data. But thanks for your help I will keep at it someday we will find it "i think
And, he added: Jerry
There are ten files under the DATA file i have trided to move it all and one at a time all it will do is say ERROR
So, George and I still don't know how to import the data, but I do
know where the data is stored: in that MS SQL server folder.
George says that when he tries to import the program expects an .xml file, but just won't work when he provides it. So, maybe it is just a problem with his software/computer?

Jerry
Just wanted to let you know that I was able to backup my data and install it in any PC that i want to so now i have it up and running in my lap top also.
My error was that i did not have the right encore Pro patch in my lap top.
Once i exported it, it put it in .xml file and then i went to my laptop and open the program and on the first page under common task import patient is where you have to go to import. If you need more info maybe i can help.
good luck
George Sr.
