Hi Carley, Yes, I agree with you all the way. They certainly don't make it easier for the "old folks" do they? Even with Medicare, one needs a supplement Medi-Gap insurance to pay what Medicare does not pay, but at least that insurance is not as expensive as what you are paying now. The people at CP...

Hey RG, You know I turned 65 in January and I was quite happy about it. People laughed that I was so happy to turn 65 and I said "yes, it means I have made it this far and I am getting $$ for it too!" I was thinking about going part-time in January but I might work 1 more year full-time and then go ...

CPAP FOR SENIORS
I signed up with CPAP for Seniors.com and they got all my records from my doctor and I am ready to go now that I am an official "senior" and have Medicare. I still work full time and have my work insurance as a secondary insurance. So once the RedMed S-8 Auto comes out I am going to order it through...

RG, You explained it fully and I agree with you about the "prongs" vs. the "pillows". This whole SA thing is already uncomfortable enough without having to have something stuck up inside your nose. I do like the Activa and I should not "try to fix it, if it isn't broken". If I do decide to try a pil...

Thanks RG, I like the Activa a lot but I wanted to try something different but I was afraid that if I didn't like the Swift nasal prongs, I was hesitant about trying a different one. I know you love the Breeze and the Aura. Is that right as far as nasal prongs go? Are they quiet and comfortable? I a...

Hey RG, Thanks. I e-mailed him back and explained his and my e-mails and he e-mailed me back and said that I was right and that it is SZ4 not SZ2. So I immediately ordered one and can't wait until I get it. I still cannot believe that the companies here have not caught on to this and started making ...

Hey Rested Gal, I think you should go to work for some of these companies that design the headgear. They need your input for sure. Why in the world can't they get it right. You really did "chop" that Aura down good. I only use the Activa because I don't like the Swift but maybe for a nasal mask I wi...

Oh my goodness what a difference between the two machines. I am also interested in when the auto one is coming out. I heard that sometime in September but who knows. I am using the ResMed Auto Respond now but I want the newest version of this machine and I want to be able to get the software and fin...

I am with you Rested Gal. I remember last year at this time when I found out that I was to become a "Hosehead" I was so depressed and did not know anyone who had SA and I felt that I needed to talk to someone, get more information and get the support and encouragement that I needed. I found it on th...
