Has anyone heard of Seatec(?) headstaps ?

I was told by someone in the sleep study business that this company (Seatec) makes a very good headstrap suitable for OSA.

I did a google & came up with a dive supply company that appear to make this type of thing & am wondering if anyone else has heard of these headstraps ?
