Wow! (A really good nights sleep)

Post by DaveMunson » Sat Nov 19, 2005 9:48 am

Got a good nights sleep. Not my normal night: a new max. Nine hours, twenty one minutes(!). I usually average sevin hours.

Very low AHI, Almost nill SI, low leaks. Looks like new lows on these readings but I don't have a lot of data. A very good night. I feel good.
