trouble replying to posts

I can no longer reply using my username (george45). I keep getting a message that that username is already taken so it signs me as a guest.

Now I see that the same thing happens with new posts as well as replys.

Try cleaning out your "cookies" and Temporary Internet Files.

It seems that I have been "wiped out" from the forum. My picture doesn't show anymore, or any of the cpap equipment that used to show at the end of the posts. What's happening? I don't think it's my computer.
