How do i change the starting pressure on remstar auto?

I believe this is a "patient adjustable" setting. it is currently set at 4.

I could use a copy of those instructions myself. Why the doctors start with 4 as a low is beyond me. All 4 does is make you feel like you're suffocating! I really don't want to go back to the DME to have her change the setting. She'll make me call my doc for a Rx change, then I will have to wait for her convenience for an appointment, and then haul the APAP into the office. Maybe in a couple of weeks I would finally get the pressure changed, if I'm lucky! (Sheesh, I sound like I'm in a good mood today ) Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
