After much back and forth, and thanks to Jordan, I slept the whole night with my mask on for the first time. No headache, and not feeling starved for air in the night. Found this site, and it has provided alot of info and encouragement. I look forward to coming back often.
I've only been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea for a couple of months. It appears related to my severe asthma. The asthma has kept me off work on disability for almost 5 months now. We hope the apnea is one of the missing peices to getting me back to my job.

Hi Longi,
Congratulations on your night well slept.
I feel inspired when I read posts like yours.
The treatment can give you back your life. I think we all become sleep advocates after we have the realization that cpap really works and can be done without misery.
Please keep us posted on your progress. It will bring strengh to many in this community.
Cheers,
