Data? For PR System One REMstar Auto Users.
Dose anyone know, if you have the SD card in the capa does it shows the data on the front panel screen?
I put the SD card in mine but I can't get the data to show up on the front panel screen.
Thanks Ron

I think that has to be set up from the DME to see that data on screen.

There is a setting in the clinician's menu that allows one to turn the display on or off. When on, it will show you the 7 day and 30 day average AHI.
If you press the menu button and the ramp button at the same time, you will access the clinician's menu. Then you can scroll thorough the settings until you find the one you want to change.

Welcome Ron,
Here are some simple answers for right now. First if you got the machine at a local DME, take it back to them and have them slowly walk you through the operation. IMHO that is part of the reason they make the big bucks. They will also be able to change the settings to enable you to see the data you need. You should also arrange were you can stop by with your SD card and have them read it and print you reports on a biweekly or monthly basis. Right now the home version of the software is promised in May 2010. The Encore Pro 2.2 or greater is over $300 and hard to find. Earlier versions will not work with the PR One’s.
If you got the Machine on the Web re-read the owner’s manual. It will for sure tell you how to see if the data was set to be available. If is not set to display that information you can change it through the clinical menu. You can do a lot of harm in the clinical menu!!!! If you are sure you want to take the risk PM me and I’ll give you the secret.
The Sleep Doctor might be able to read the card

I got the Machine off the web, The Machine was not setup when I got it, not sure why. I went back in to the setting and found what I needed to do to get the data to show up no the screen.
There are a few other setting I Don't understand.
1. Compliance VIC. When I highlight it there is no data, is this something you need software for?
2. GMT offset. Does this have something to do with the time? Is there somewhere to set the time and date?
Thanks Ron

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time. Its European. Not sure the signifigance on the preferances, but in the Encore Pro 2.2 software it chould be changed to your local time zone.
As far as the time/date... I just spoke with a rep at Resperonics earlier today because I wanted to see if there was a way to change the clock for DST, and they told me that is has an intenal clock the is NOT accesible.

Greenwich Mean Time is World Wide. Think of it as the Zero Point. All other time zones plus or minus from it. The US has 4 time zones, Eastern EST, Central CST, Mounton and Pacific PST. EST is -5 from GMT. In other words, no matter what time it is at GMT (England for example) it is 5 hours earlier New York (EST) or 9 ours earlier in California (PST). All countries in the world are in a time zone delta for GMT. During Daylight Savings Time the delta changes to -4 for EST. I think you can figure the rest from there.

Thanks for bringing up the switch for DST. I changed all of my clocks (and doesn't everything seem to have a clock built in these days?) but didn't remember to change the GMT offset in my machine. duh!

Re: Data? For PR System One REMstar Auto Users.
the AHI number that shows in the info screen on this cpap is for 7 and 30 day averages. Is this per hour or per day averages?
Re: Data? For PR System One REMstar Auto Users.
I couldn't find anything in Encore Pro 2.2 that lets you set the GMT offset. Also, the clinician's manual for the CPAP describes a GMT offset setting in the device's provider mode. I have an Auto A-Flex and think I downloaded the right manual; most of the provider-mode settings it mentions are present in the device menus, but not the GMT offset.warrior391 wrote:The Dreamer wrote:RLAUREN wrote:

So now I get nice reports from Encore, except that the times are all wrong. How can I get the SD card data and the program in sync with each other?
Thanks for any help you can offer!

Re: Data? For PR System One REMstar Auto Users.
OK, I searched a little harder in this forum and found the GMT offset preference in Encore Pro 2.2. Look under "company settings", then "offices". Assuming you haven't set up another company and office, you just have the default "Encore Company/Encore Company". In the company info on the left, you'll see "Time Zone", which I think is set to precisely GMT by default. Just click "edit" to change this - now you can select your time zone from a pulldown. Once I did this, the times in my compliance bars were correct.
This is a great forum -- I joined it recently after getting this CPAP about 6 weeks ago. So far, so good. Thanks everyone, for all the useful info on this site!

Re: How can i adjust PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP's clock
Except for the GMT offset to your time zone you do not have access to the clock. The clock can be set by the factory or a service center. It requires a service program to access the motherboard memory. Requires a cable to connect through the card slot to read it. Most machines loose time but I would think the PR System One would be so new it would not be very far off. My old "M" Series bought in late 2006 is now off almost an hour.tsuka wrote:How can i adjust PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP's clock, adjust time and date?
