So I got my data from the last few nights;
How does it look?
Are my leaks to high?
Pressure to low?
Acording to the report it puts my leaks at Median: 0.0 95th Percentile: 26.4 Maximum: 39.6
Apnea index: 1.9 AHI: 12.9 % Time in Apnea: 0.6 Hypopnea index: 11.0
Thanks for your input and suggestions

Looks good!
Your leak rate is exceptional most of the night. As you noted, by zooming in on it, you had lots of leaks at one point. keep an eye on it. It was not more than the machine could handle with that mask, so it's OK. (The red line notes what the machine and mask can handle at the top end). You just don't want it to get away from you.
The leak information notes "Median: 0.0 ; 95th Percentile: 26.4 ; Maximum: 39.6 "
That means the middle of the pack for all the numbers was "0.0". Not the average. Just the middle of the pack. But that tends to indicate the numbers lean toward 0. But 95% of the time the numbers were 26.4 or less. So, you sometimes spike high. You shift about. You hit the mask. You scratch your nose. Normal. It appears real good.
The one time you had lots of leaks you might have done something that made it worse. If you can figure that out, it will help.
Pressure might be a bit low. Your AI of 1.9 is very good. The HI of 11 is a bit high. ResMed units are aggressive at tagging a hypopnea event. So most sleep labs would probably actually measure only 1/2 of that. So, you AHI might actually be 1.9 + 5.5 = 7.4. It's a tad high. See how it does at this pressure for a week. If it stays like this, you might try increasing the pressure by 1cm H2O and see how that does for a week.
Slow and steady changes with more than one day/night to see how things go.
Hope that helps.

Thanks John,
Is the graph also recording mouth leaks?
I seem to wake up with those at least twice a night.
You are right I find myself adjusting it all the time. Small leaks over the corners of my mouth and bridge of nose that are more of a bother to me. I do think the mask fit could be better and I have ordered the softgel insert for my mask.
Im not going to change any pressures just yet. I go back the end of the month for a follow up and I want to see what the doc has to say before I change anything. I will keep recording the data every 5 days and make reports. Then I can have them with me if he want to review them.

Just total leaks. No idea where it occurs. If you wake up with air blowing out of your mouth that may be the issue on that big leak. You might want to try a bite plate to help keep your mouth closed. I've used that in the past. No need for anything fancy. Try a sports bite plate that you can mold with warm water. It seemed to help me train myself to keep my mouth closed at night.
Eventually no matter what I did it did not make any difference. I then moved to a full face mask.

I have mouth leaks and someone recommended #2080 3M blue painter's tape, 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch if you're using nasal mask, 2 inches if a nasal pillow. Make sure #2080, it has the least amount of adhesion but enough to keep mouth closed.

I'm not so hot on taping with my mustache. I may try a full face mask...

I have seen that thread....
I got the softgel insert in the mail today. Tried it on earlier, Seems I have to tighten the bottom straps on y head gear tight to get it to stop leaking at my pressure (11). It does feel thicker on my upper lip and kinda pushes my lips closed.... So I will try it to night and report back tomorrow.
Anyone else using the softgel insert for Activa LT yet?

Dear Gilley,
I slept with a Mirage Soft Gel last night. It is a bit heavy on my upper lip, though. The nasal cushion is thick and heavy. Not sure if I really like it yet or not. The comfort gel nasal mask is lighter, but every now and then I got leaks at the top by the bridge of my nose - air going into my eye.
Best regards,
Jersey Girl

You are right on JG, I noticed the area inside the "chamber" seems "thicker" you would think the gel (blue stuff) would be more fluid and fill around the area that seals your nose and upper lip.....Wht do I knwo I'm only wearing it.
