Just an update, I cannot find the XLG pillows anywhere on the Internet. I spent about 30 minutes before searching. Since Claudia from this site's customer service told me they were in a part of Texas (I forgot where she said), I would imagine that is going to cause a delay in their being able to look into getting them on their site for sale in the near future. I hope I'm wrong. But I was trying to see if anyone at all carried them yet and I haven't found one site that carries them. Most sites don't even carry Aeiomed products at all.

And you don't have to thank me, although it was very nice of you to do, for trying the Aura and sharing my story with the site. I was more than happy to give some positive comments on it to everyone. I know masks/interfaces are such an individual thing, but I just want to let everyone know how wonderful the Aura is because I can't help but feel, although I know it's not correct, that it would work for everyone. There have already been negative comments about it by other users and it can't work for everyone. I just had such a positive experience that it's hard to believe anyone could not like using it. But such is life.

If by chance you hear of the XLG pillows being available elsewhere before I find them, please let me know, too. Hopefully, as Claudia said, perhaps by the middle of next week, this site will have them up and for sale. I know the rule of thumb is to go smaller because they say the larger ones, although they seal better, given a couple of hours, they will start to cause discomfort. But because the Aura's pillows are so soft and flexible, I can't see the XLG's causing discomfort, just being able to seal really well. One can only hope, right?

Have a great weekend.

th,

Being they don't even have the XL pillows for sale yet on this site, I wouldn't think so but I could be wrong. I am waiting to see them advertised for sale here when the owner gets to ordering them from Aeiomed. When I got mine from this site last month, the booklet that came with it said they were in existence, yet mine only came with the med. and large.

Why not call customer service and see what they tell you? They are always very nice and helpful.

UPDATE:

I just received a reply to my email that I sent last week to customer service of cpap.com regarding if they were going to get the XL pillows in for the Aura, as I had been told by them the week of Hurrican Rita. A very nice woman wrote me back and said they would notify me when they come in, that they had not forgotten my request.

So I will notify you all when they let me know they're up on the site for sale, unless some else sees them before I get the notification from them. Then you can notify me!
