I didn't mean to! I left my CPAP set up when I decided to stay home from work today. But I was working on my laptop on the couch, and even though a little voice was saying, "must crawl to CPAP" I faded away without leaving the couch. Was OK for the first leg (mostly upright) but slumped flat for at least the last hour. Ugh!
I have since recovered from the ugly awakening. My flu symptoms are not too bad--something just trying to get me over the past two weeks. I must say there was a most rousing DME thread waiting to cheer me up when I finally came to myself.

Re: Bleagh! Flu-napped without CPAP
I use a full face mask so nasal congestion from the flu isn't a major problem with me. I do have to have nasal surgery next spring to open my nose up but it has been this way since I was born. I have heard many people say that they keep a full face mask on hand incase they get a sinus infection or the flu or what ever that causes nasal congestion. My doc told me if I really need to, to go ahead and use one spray of Neo Synephrine in each nostril before bed for a few nights and that's it. Other than that my doc hates that stuff. My regular doc told me yesterday that I have the flu and it is just about out of my system. I guess I am lucky and got a mild case. I actually thought I was over doing my workouts. Duh!
