Now would you be so cavaleir if it were held in place by a jockstrap and a condom?
R&R,
Point VERY well taken. Never thought of it that way.

I have to say, though, a pantyhose leg stretched out looks like a piece of material, not like panythose. And Rested Gal isn't talking about using the panty part of it, just the stretchy nylon leg. No one would ever know if it was just some random material or where it came from. The panytliners, too. They are not going to look like that when cut up to fit the Comfort Curve. They will look like some type of gauze pad.

If you asked me to put a jock strap in its entirety on my head to keep the mask in place and it looked like I was wearing one, I could understand the point. But these fixes don't look like what they really are once applied to the mask/interface, at least I don't think so.

Now, what was going on today with being guested all day? Not only that, but I didn't receive any emails about the links to the threads I've been watching. I am just checking over the topics tonight to see what I've missed. Anyone else have that problem today? Maybe I'll post a thread to see if it was just me.

Lori, I think this may be the all time funniest sentence I have ever read here on the forum.

Ah ha! New homemade chin strap ahoy!

(Isn't CPAP chic the more odd 50's B space movie special effects junk strapped to one's head, the better?)

An elder in my church (! ) told me to look is natural and the way we were made. But to drive around the block for a second look, that's lust!

Besides, I get it naturally. My father is the same way. .

Umm, I just read further and think that this thread has devolved to pointlessness. However the visuals have me in stitches!

OK Lori,

I have an Aura on the way to try. After hearing you and Wader and others rave about it, I could not resist. Will give my two cents worth after I get it.

Lori I just returned from NYC having been away since you posted on your first Aura night. So glad to hear (and not surprised) that subsequent nights have been great for you! Hooray!

Rock and Roll: Sure hope you have equally great success!

Rock & Roll,
I am so happy to hear you took the plunge and ordered one. I have had two nights in one week, the first time this has ever happened since starting therapy, with 0 AHI's. Last night not only was a zero, but I snored twice and had two flow limitiations. I am either just having a great week or this interface and I are made for each other. I really look forward to hearing how you feel about it once you get it. Did they tell you when you should expect delivery yet? And did you get it here? Took me 9 days from this site to get it. Keep us all posted.

Seamaiden,
Thanks for checking in. I love my Aura still. I haven't had a bad night yet. I did have a bit of condensation last night, but it might have been because I overfilled, almost to the top, my hh tank and didn't realize until I started to breathe and heard these gurgling noises. When I looked at the tank, I realize what had happened and had to spill out a lot of water. Maybe, like a ship, I took on water by then and it was too late. But other than that, no complaints at all. I am still in love...just like you.

It should be here by the end of the week. No, I bought it off a forum meber that tried it briefly and did not like it. We both come out on top that way.
