I have a Resmed Spirit with a new humidifier . Would like to trade for a PB 420E. Spirit doesnt work for my problem..Wrong Algorithem.
The Spirit was just returned from Resmed where the program was updated and returned with a new humidair 2i humidifier.

Checked results in clinical menue. AHI and HI are 12. Should be less tha 5.
While using 420E AHI & HI less than a 1
Had Spirit checked at Resmed. They updated and replaced my humidifier.
Everything works.
Used spirit a few nights and still get AHI & HI of 12.

Sounds like you came to the right conclusion, Chris. The final proof in the pudding will be how you feel over time using the 420E.

I've come to the conclusion that the Spirit kept me alive but not much more. I have many mixed apneas. The spirit doesnt know what to do with them obviously.
Just by the numbers AHI & HI of less than 1 The PB 420E was made for me

Well this is your last chance to trade your PB420E for my Resmed Spirit with humidifier.. If it doesn't go by Friday night I'm going to give it to Surly Abond in India . I'll buy a new 420E for myself.
