When I feel like that, I go get a small cup of nonfat yogurt, drop in some sucralose, and read this forum.

It's all PART of my "therapy"!

I use my cpap no matter what......but hate winter......causes condensation in my mask!!!! A lovely way to wake up, with water falling into your nose!!!!!lolol

The Australian heated hose (which they call heated tube) solved my condesation problems so well that I can no longer whine about them.... http://www.sleepzone.com.au
