it's all about the nose

I started a week ago and I cannot keep my nose warm. I will wear the thing that goes under my nose and after about two hours I wake up with my nose running, sneezing and them I'm up the rest of the night blowing my nose.
What am I doing wrong with this thing?

hello

I have fair ole sneeze fest if I let my snoz [nose] get too cold, to keep my nose warm I often bury my nose under the blanket whist wearing my nasal mask. I make sure I do not block the air vent but if put the tube that pumps the air into my mask under my blankets to warm the air that is travelling from my machine to my nose.

To keep my nose warm I keep the air warm in the tube by putting my electric blanket on no. 2 to warm the tube and the air. When the air's warm it doesn't irritate my tempermental sinuises, as I had a operation to shave the inside of my out so I can breath. I still get the odd ocasional blood nose if I break my sinuses, it is plain rotten when that happens!!!

To keep my nose clear of congestion I use a saline soultion to keep my tubinate and clear. Plus I put vasline in my nose to keep it mosit too. With congestion I use anti congestant sprays at the last option. But if I can clear it with saline so much better.
