NEW MACHINES FOR CENTRAL SL;EEP APNEA

was wondering if and new tecnology coming out for central sleep apnea
i know of adaptive servo ventilation ....one by ResMed VPAP Adapt SV™ and another by Respironics BIPAP SV/Auto Titration Device
these are still quite expensive ....usually when new products come out the price drops on older units
any news of improvements on the horison for us 10% who have complex apnea
