Smart Data Diary (nightly log)--COOL!

Post by jnk » Fri Mar 13, 2009 8:27 am

I guess this has been around for a while, but I hadn't seen it before. The format on the pages toward the end might give some an idea for how to keep a nightly log:

JNK, that is very slick.

Here is what I use.
Just a simple db in excel.
Very effective in keeping track of what is going on.

Definitely! That way, I can correlate my own personal journal with the data in ResScan!

My Excel Chart is very similar. However, I made separate columns for AHI, HI, & AI.
Along with a date column, I added a column titled a.m., here I write in the day of the week, e.g. 3/13/09 Friday, so I know that it was Friday a.m. that I copied Thursday nights data.
