Boston area septoplasty/turb doctor recommendation

1SU86CPZI've been on CPAP since last summer and as a nose breather who has had a stuffy nose all my life (with a deviated septum) i've been using Afrin type sprays for far too long. I know it's awful, but waking up in the middle of the night choking is forcing me to use it. (nasal steroids help zilch!) Thus I have come to the conclusion that even a surgery-phobe like me has no choice but to get treatment. Does anyone know of a good Dr. in the Boston area for this type of surgery? I'm desparate.
