I hadn't heard back from my dme/rt since the end of June when they dropped off the "temp remstar auto". I had visions of racking up ins fees for more than 2 weeks diagnostic "rental" even though I had asked my dr to get back to them and write a prescrip so I could keep the auto as a medical necessity, since I'm losing so much weight and have so much left to lose. Their original plan was to switch it out for a bilevel or straight cpap. Never heard back from anyone. Rt never came back to retrieve and read info off the smart card. Rcvd no bills, etc....so yesterday I called dme. She told me she did not anticipate any probs w/my KEEPING the auto in spite of what the rt first told me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today I received a packet in the mail from them w/the users manual and 4 filters to go w/the machine! It looks like its a keeper! YES! Thank You Lord! Terry
