When I have used the Comfort Gel nasal mask (which takes up less space on the face!) my AHI for the week is always over 3 with the leak rate higher than it should be. All things being considered, why such poor results with the Comfort Gel?

Are there different Vent Flow Rates for the different masks? And, does one of them give you the perception of more airflow inside the mask? Which one makes you "FEEL" better? (better sleep quality)

My only comparison was with the UMFF and the Quattro. Both are Full Face masks. Both are made by ResMed and both are supposed to have similar Vent Flow Rates. However, my perception of airflow inside the mask is much higher with the UMFF (especially after I did the Teflon tape fix on the Quattro). With the Quattro, I was wondering if it was retaining more CO2. Even though my AHI numbers were fairly low with the Quattro, my overall sleep quality seems better with the UMFF.

SAG,
Put out another feeder. I'm sending my woodpecker up to your buffet.
