Was that an alarm sounding?

Post by Violet » Wed Jan 21, 2009 7:57 am

Does my machine (noted below) sound an alarm or was it a figment of my imagination. Since starting CPAP 12/6/08 I've aroused to a quiet beeping a couple of times. Or at least I think I heard a beeping. Never fully waking up, but realising I was on my back and probably just had an APNEA event. Initially I did scan through my manual and did not find anything regarding an alarm.

And last night, my 2nd night with my first FF mask, I aroused to the beeping and felt a pulsing of air into my mask until I fell asleep again. Did this actually happen?

Do you have your mask leak alarm set on?

Phewf! DME (RT tech) set it up, I'll have to find that out.
