I have used both and the spirit always reports ahi of 2-4, the remstar is .3-.8. A big difference.
Anyone think there really is a difference or just the way the machines report or define the data?

I think it's mostly just the way the different brands define/report the data. I, too, noticed slightly higher AHI's by a couple of full points when I used a Spirit for about two weeks. However, I felt just as good with the treatment from the Spirit as I had with a 420E auto and with a REMstar Auto.Anyone think there really is a difference or just the way the machines report or define the data?
