Depressing article about cpap doesn't lower stroke risk..

Has anybody read the article about how cpap doesn't prevent strokes because sleep apnea causes dysregulation of blood pressure at night? It is at

It has a small sample size--42 or something. Not liking that number.

I was already having a crappy day. Gee that was a real "happy" article to read before I go to bed..
