Sandman Software and Vista

Post by Trout » Fri Dec 26, 2008 5:27 pm

Hi All,

I just received the Soft Sandman Therapy software for my Sandman Auto. Attempting to download the data from the memory card but I get the message that 'Device not managed by this software version'. I am using Vista Home Premium SP1. Does anyone know if there is a work around for this or where to find updated software for Vista?

Thank you,

Trout

Do you know what the requirements are for the Sandman Software? It seems like it should be Vista compatible but double-check. I'm wondering if it's not seeing that key-fob thingy they use?

Do the instructions have a number to call (or website) for support, maybe under Help?

Trout,

I have the Sandman auto and I have Vista Home SP1 also. I had trouble with the data card being recognized but I had also ordered the cable. I have no problem at all downloading from the cable. I would recommend trying the cable. Vista doesn't seem to have a problem with it.

Maybe we need an updated driver to use the cardreader with Vista? Yet the cable works fine with Vista. Go figure.
