Very interesting indeed.
This might explain my condition, at least to some extent.
There is an APAP setting that gives me quite low AHI, but I still feel tired.
On the other hand, people here have explained to me that the reason of my pressure tending to top is
due to the machine hunting for snores, that, in turn, raises the AHI number.
