Intellipap Pressure Problem

Hi
I have a Devilbiss Intellipap Auto-adjust with humidifier & all of a sudden the low pressure doesnt work. Low is set for 3.5 & high at 12.0. When it comes on the pressure seems way more than 12.0 & I cant even use it. I looked through all the settings & maybe it is just in need of some warranty work. Has anyone else had this problem?
