The list I have shows E-15 as:

E-15 ERR_ARM_UNDEFINED_INSTRUCTION_EXCEPTION •Defective FLASH chip •Replace Main PCA

I am not sure what a flash chip but the fix of replacing the main circuit board does not sound good. Sorry!

I think that is the code I had on mine. It was under warrenty so they fixed it free. It appears that they changed much of the insides. The DME said that often this problem is caused by moving it with water in it. If your is out of warrenty or your insurance won't replace you might be better off to get a new one on line then get it fixed I would think it would be cheaper.

Take it into your DME when you can and they can tell you in about five minutes if they have to send it in or not.

Actually, the E-15 error code on the REMstar Plus w/C-Flex shows this in the Service Manual:

Error code: E-15
Problem: Rotor locked. The motor could not be restarted.
Corrective Action: Check wiring. Replace blower assembly. If error persists, replace main PCA
