It sounds like you ARE using a CPAP machine....... Yes....No?
If your therapy doesn't seem to be working, my first question is "Are you using a nasal mask?" Too many people who use nasal masks end up leaking air out their mouths while they sleep.
Options are:
Chin straps......most of which don't work very well.
Using tape to seal their lips during the night.
Using Polident adhesive denture strips to seal their lips during the night.
Changing to a full face mask which covers both the nose and mouth.

Having a data-capable machine and the software to go with it to see how a person's therapy is working is very helpful.

And....."Yes".....most of us that get this therapy figured out and tweaked have very good success with it.
