Cant keep mask/prongs on my face

Hi everyone. I just signed up today, so not familiar with the protocols for name use and email address posting. My issue is I have this Respironics CPAP machine with nasal prongs and have also tried the mask. I toss and turn in my sleep and at some point shortly after falling asleep I pull the mask off(not sure how I do it). Desperately need advice.

Do you know the name of your mask? If you can tell us the name, we can help you diagnose the issue better.

It could be that you're just in "adjustment phase" and it will take some time for you to get used to this mask and machine.

It could be you need a different size of the same mask.

It could be that you need a completely different mask.

Thank you for the kind reply. I have had my REMSTAR M series for a year now. I put the mask on at night but shortly after falling asleep or sometimes before I take it off. I am pretty sure it is not the equipment but me tossing and turning, I have tried the nasal pillow and nasal mask and different sizes. I just give up so I can get some sleep. Thanks.
