I am a new user using a Respironics M BiPAP BiFlex with the integral humidifier. The pressures have been set for 17/22 cm H2O. I've been using the machine for four nights and get 5-8 hours per night of therapy.
While I am sleeping better and seem to be less tired, I wake up feeling "beat up", as though I've just been through an ordeal. I hope this will go away with time.
My machine is capable of displaying the AHI index, but this screen is disabled on my machine. Does anyone have the Clinical manual for this machine so I can enable this feature?

Re: New user needs info
You would be better to get the software and reader to monitor your treatment yourself. you have one of the better machines, why not take full advantage of it. Jim

Am assuming, since you mentioned your machine is capable of displaying AHI info if enabled, that you have this machine, right?mhurley3 wrote:My machine is capable of displaying the AHI index, but this screen is disabled on my machine.
