need machine set-up info

need machine set-up info

I've got the User's manual for my machine, but it doesn't have the instructions for setting up anything except for C-flex (or A flex) settings of 1-3, and ramp pressure...everything else is on or off. Where can I find the information to really change the settings? I never got the one page set-up card from my RT when he gave me the machine.
