I did notice last night was warmer for me than usual... hubby turned the fan off in the window last night...
Solution: First of all...fan in window needs to stay on. I also have a fan beside my bed (small one) that faces me. I've turned the CPAPs humidifier down. Between the fans and the air release from the mask (I use simplicity), I sleep like a log. However last night being much warmer, I kept losing the seal on the mask and tossed and turned.
I told hubby not to do that again but instead if he was cold, use a sheet or blanket to keep warm.
This is how I keep from sweating in this heat.
