hose torque and masks..

Hello, although I'm happy with my nasal ComfortGel mask, I often find myself breathig through the mouth....

I'm going to buy a full-face mask and I intend to get the best (speaking about health, ten euro more or less make no importance, that's my phylosophy)...

I was tempted to buy the ResMed Ultra-Mirage full face mask, but I did not understand how these mask solve the problem of "torquing" the hose as one turns in the bed.

I'm used to respironics, respironics masks have their "whisper swivel" that lets the hose end rotate freely, but how does it work on masks that work without the whisper swivel? do I need to buy some accessory to obtain that, or is everything included in tha package?
