Kudos to the members of this forum for help getting me through the 1st year of CPAP!
In short, I've probably had OSA for 10 years but was only diagnosed last year. My main symptoms were palpitations, foggy head, and anxiety. The palps and anxiety have disappeared and the foggy head sensation is getting better, albeit slowly.
I am somewhere in the Basic/Advanced treatment stage and seem to have plateaued.
Would someone mind looking at one of my typical sleep results at the following link and let me know if I'm on track? I think my leak might be a little high, as the user manual says I should be at 28 (my average is around 36).

I also seem to have an issue where if I sleep for more than 8 hours a day I feel like I'm hung over the entire day. As such, I try to target 7 hours a day. Going back 10 years ago I remember sleeping 9-10 hours a day, feeling groggy for about half an hour, and then feeling awesome the rest of the day. Any pointers here?
Thanks again for everyone's help.
1st Timer. Please verify my typical results.
Is that a typical night?? 'cause there's only one night on there.

Your numbers look pretty good to me. I could not find the Opti Life on the leak chart in the Yellow Light Bulb, but it does look like you might be have a couple events ariound the times you are leaking. If it were me, I would try taping your mouth closed for a week to see if you might be leaking a bit out of your mouth. But it looks like you are doing pretty good.

When you end up with a large leak, keep in mind that the machine will stop recording for awhile, so your numbers will be out. It'll show up as a black line on Encore reports. It'll throw off your AHI.

I wish I was showing off, even with those results I still have not reached mental zest, that's why I am seeking the help of the forum.
If I sleep more than 8 hours (with my good results) I feel like I have a hangover the rest of the day. As such, I limit myself to 7 hours of sleep a day. With 7 hours I feel OK, but far from the energized feeling I used to have 10 years ago.
I have been reading about sleep debt (REM Rebound), but don't think that is the problem because I've been compliant for almost a year. Maybe my sleep debt is huge (10 years undiagnosed OSA) and there is still a balance, 7 hours of sleep is not enough to get out of debt, or maybe there is permanent damage?
